Boyle County Parole or Probation
Parole is conditional release from incarceration under Kentucky Parole Board authority before the sentence ends. - Search KOOL by surname and first initial. Add a verified identifier only after reviewing possible matches.
- Open the matching record and compare the DOC number, biographical details, conviction county, status, institution, and supervision office.
- Read the wording literally. Incarcerated, supervised, former offender, parole, and probation do not mean the same thing.
- Call District 6 and ask for the proper public confirmation or records route. Do not seek protected case-management details.
- For parole history, request the final Board action. For probation, obtain the entered Boyle court order when the legal basis matters.

Boyle County District 6 Office
The Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole assigns Boyle County to District 6. The Danville office also covers Marion, Taylor, Green, Mercer, Washington, Larue, and Nelson counties. That regional structure matters. District 6 is a field-supervision office, not the Boyle County Detention Center and not a source for jail booking photographs or county release logs.

Use the official District 6 page to confirm published contact details before relying on them. Give staff enough information to identify the record, such as a full name and DOC number. Ask whether a public record or another office is the proper route.
District 6 may corroborate a current assignment shown in KOOL. It cannot turn a parole schedule entry into proof of release, and it cannot replace the final Board action. Those records answer separate questions.
Boyle County Parole Hearings
The Kentucky Parole Board schedule publishes monthly schedules and states that the page is updated each Monday. Hearings are conducted weekly and begin at 8:30 a.m. Eastern. Public entries can show a date, time, location, offender name, DOC number, and eligibility month. A hearing may take place up to two months before the eligibility month.
Schedule placement is not a grant. A favorable decision is not the same as an executed release. Outcomes can include grant, denial, deferment, rescission, or serve-out. Boyle County Violation Records
A violation happens after supervision begins. It may involve a missed report, breach of a condition, or new legal process. An absconder indicator means the supervising agency reports a loss of contact or failure to report. It does not erase the earlier release. A warrant or later arrest may return the person to custody, so the date and source of each event must stay separate.

Parole can continue until final discharge, probation until successful completion or further court action, and mandatory reentry until the governing term ends. For a durable record, seek the final DOC or Board discharge document and compare its effective date with KOOL. The day someone walked out of Northpoint Training Center may precede the day parole authority ended. Likewise, a BCDC release on bond says nothing by itself about the later probation result.
